yoga

on hulu is saving my life.  seriously.  my guy bought me a yoga mat and a video for christmas and it has made me the happiest girl alive.  i switch back and forth between the dvd sean gave me and the videos on hulu and i never have to leave my house.



if you search "yoga zone"  it brings up a ton of different 20 minute videos.  even though the instructors are more than a bit cheesy their classes are great.

it's definitely keeping me from becoming a blimp this winter.   so if you're wondering where i've been these days, well i'm either working, eating, or doing yoga.  the end.
